We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Atlow Shop. If you're not happy with your order, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligible Items

• New, unused items in original packaging
• Items with all original tags and labels attached
• Items that have not been modified or altered
• Items purchased directly from Atlow Shop

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom VESC configurations and builds
• Used or refurbished items (unless defective)
• Electronic components that have been installed
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Labor and service charges

Return Process

1. Contact us at returns@atlowshop.com within 30 days of receipt
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
5. Ship the item to our provided return address
6. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Warranty Claims

For warranty claims on defective items, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Refund Policy
